Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate access details and be on-site or provide authorised access at agreed appointments. You must disclose any hazards, listed status or rights of way that affect the property.
Liability
Our liability for direct loss arising from our work is limited to the cost of the specific services stated in the written quote. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or losses arising from pre-existing defects.
Changes and cancellations
If you cancel or change an appointment we may charge for reasonable costs incurred. We will aim to reschedule with minimal delay.
